We determine and design the processes, roles and responsibilities required by the organization to ensure a repeatable, orderly and measurable operation, considering good practices and controls applicable to its execution and management. We enable those involved and accompany the start of the operation, to ensure the adoption of the processes in the first execution cycle.

By applying our own methodology based on specialized frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, we perform a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the processes, according to their objectives and scope, in order to identify opportunities for improvement, considering solutions for automation. We enable those involved and accompany the start of the operation according to the new model.
